Der Wahlausschuss hat am 29.10.2019 um 15:00 Uhr im Rathaus der
Stadt Diez das Ergebnis der Wahl zum Beirat für Migration und
Integration festgestellt.
Gewählt sind:
- Hamdan, Ali mit 132 Stimmen
- Akyol, Erol mit 57 Stimmen
- Almezel, Ola mit 39 Stimmen
- Alsavedsuleiman Alatassi, Nader mit 34 Stimmen
- Dr. Beyer, Jeorjios mit 32 Stimmen
- Kah, Madeleine mit 23 Stimmen
- Dolke, Katerina mit 19 Stimmen
Ersatzpersonen:

Für die Positionen 9 und 10 wurde in der Sitzung des Wahlausschusses ein Losentscheid herbeigeführt.

On October 27th 2019, the members of the Council for Migration and Integration (BMI) will be newly elected in 60 municipalities in Rhineland-Palatinate. Elections are held in districts with more than 5,000 inhabitants and in towns and municipalities with more than 1,000 foreign residents.
The Council of the city of Diez consists of 7 members. It is elected for five years (2019 to 2024) by universal, equal, secret, direct and free suffrage.
Election day has been set for Sunday, October 27th 2019.
The election takes place in the city of Diez as a primary and a postal vote.
The polling station is located at
Verbandsgemeinde Diez, Louise-Seher-Straße 1, 65582 Diez (show in google-maps).
Anyone who is entered on the electoral roll of the city of Diez may take part in the election.

I.
On Sunday, October 27th 2019, the election to the Advisory Council on Migration and Integration will take place. The election will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
II.
Those entitled to vote may only vote in the election room in whose electoral roll they are entered. The electoral notification shall state the constituency and the electoral space. The electoral notification shall be brought along to the election and a proof of identity shall be kept ready.
III.
The election to the Advisory Council on Migration and Integration shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of majority voting on the basis of approved nominations. An official ballot paper will be provided listing all candidates. It shall be elected in accordance with the following principles:
Voters shall have as many votes as there are members of the Advisory Council on Migration and Integration to be elected (for the City of Diez: 7).
Voters shall cast their votes by ticking or otherwise clearly identifying the candidates on the ballot who they wish to vote for.
Voters may also delete candidate names from the ballot paper.Voting is invalid if more than 7 votes are cast.IV.
Voters shall fold the ballot paper in the voting booth in such a way that other persons cannot see how they voted when they cast their vote and shall place the ballot paper in the ballot box as soon as the head of the election permits.
V.
Those entitled to vote who do not wish to vote in their election room may still apply for a ballot paper and ballot papers by Friday, 25 October 2019 at 6 p.m. In the case of a demonstrable sudden illness, in which a visit to the election room is not possible or only under unreasonable difficulties, the application can still be made up to the election day 15 o'clock. This deadline also applies to persons entitled to vote who, through no fault of their own, have neither been entered on the electoral roll nor received a ballot paper ex officio.
VI.
The election letter may be sent to the address indicated on the election envelope or delivered there by 6 p.m. on October 27th 2019 at the latest; it may also be delivered to the election committee in the specified election room by 6 p.m. on October 27th 2019 at the latest.
VII.
Anyone entered on the electoral roll may participate in the election. In case of doubt, the voter must prove his/her identity. Anyone who has a voting card may only participate in the election by postal vote.
VIII.
Electoral action and determination of the election result shall be public.

Am 27. Oktober 2019 werden in 60
rheinland-pfälzischen Kommunen die Mitglieder der Beiräte für Migration
und Integration (BMI) neu gewählt. Gewählt
wird in Landkreisen mit mehr als 5.000 und in Städten und Gemeinden
mit mehr als 1.000 ausländischen Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern.
Der Beirat der Stadt Diez besteht aus 7 Mitgliedern. Er wird für fünf Jahre (2019 bis 2024) in allgemeiner, gleicher, geheimer,
unmittelbarer und freier Wahl gewählt.
Der Wahltag wurde auf Sonntag, 27, Oktober 2019, festgelegt.
Die
Wahl erfolgt in der Stadt Diez als Ur- und als Briefwahl.
Das Wahllokal befindet sich in der
Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Diez, Louise-Seher-Straße 1, 65582 Diez (in google-maps anzeigen).
An der Wahl teilnehmen kann, wer in das Wählerverzeichnis der Stadt Diez eingetragen ist.

Bekanntmachung über die Wahlzeit, den Wahlraum und Stimmabgabe
für die Wahl des Beirates für Migration und Integration der Stadt Diez
I.
Am
Sonntag, dem 27. Oktober 2019, findet die Wahl zum Beirat für Migration
und Integration statt. Die Wahlhandlung dauert von 10 bis 18 Uhr.
II.
Wahlberechtigte
können nur in dem Wahlraum wählen, in dessen Wählerverzeichnis sie
eingetragen sind. In der Wahlbenachrichtigung sind Stimmbezirk und
Wahlraum angegeben. Zur Wahl soll die Wahlbenachrichtigung mitgebracht
und ein Identitätsnachweis bereitgehalten werden.
III.
Die
Wahl zum Beirat für Migration und Integration wird nach den Grundsätzen
der Mehrheitswahl auf der Grundlage zugelassener Wahlvorschläge
durchgeführt. Es wird ein amtlicher Stimmzettel bereitgestellt, auf dem
alle Bewerberinnen und Bewerber aufgeführt sind. Es wird unter
Beachtung der nachstehenden Grundsätze gewählt:
Die
Wählerinnen und Wähler haben so viele Stimmen, wie Mitglieder des
Beirates für Migration und Integration zu wählen sind (für die Stadt
Diez: 7). Die Wählerinnen und Wähler vergeben ihre Stimmen
durch Ankreuzen oder eine andere eindeutige Kennzeichnung der auf dem
Stimmzettel aufgeführten Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die sie wählen
wollen. Die Wählerinnen und Wähler können auf dem Stimmzettel auch Bewerbernamen streichen.
Die Stimmabgabe ist insgesamt ungültig, wenn mehr als 7 Stimmen vergeben werden.
IV.
Die
Wählerinnen und Wähler falten in der Wahlkabine den Stimmzettel so,
dass bei der Stimmabgabe andere Personen nicht erkennen können, wie sie
gewählt haben und legen den Stimmzettel in die Wahlurne, sobald die
Wahlvorsteherin oder der Wahlvorsteher dies gestattet.
V.
Wahlberechtigte, die nicht in ihrem Wahlraum wählen wollen, können noch
bis Freitag, den 25. Oktober 2019, 18 Uhr, einen Wahlschein und
Briefwahlunterlagen beantragen. Im Falle einer nachweislichen
plötzlichen Erkrankung, bei der ein Aufsuchen des Wahlraumes nicht oder
nur unter nicht zumutbaren Schwierigkeiten möglich ist, kann der Antrag
noch bis zum Wahltag 15 Uhr, gestellt werden. Diese Antragsfrist gilt
auch für Wahlberechtigte, die ohne ihr Verschulden weder im
Wählerverzeichnis nachgetragen worden sind, noch einen Wahlschein von
Amts wegen erhalten haben.
VI.
Der
Wahlbrief kann an die auf dem Wahlbriefumschlag angegebene Stelle
übersandt oder dort bis spätestens 27. Oktober 2019, 18 Uhr abgegeben
werden; er kann auch am 27. Oktober 2019 in dem angegebenen Wahlraum bis
spätestens 18 Uhr beim Wahlvorstand abgegeben werden.
VII.
An
der Wahl teilnehmen kann, wer in das Wählerverzeichnis eingetragen ist.
Die Wählerin oder der Wähler hat im Zweifel seine Identität
nachzuweisen. Wer einen Wahlschein hat, kann an der Wahl nur im Wege der
Briefwahl teilnehmen.
VIII.
Wahlhandlung und Ermittlung des Wahlergebnisses sind öffentlich.
